Refund Policy
Effective date: 2 October 2026 (previous version: 25 August 2026, 7-day window)
Our approach to Rampika subscriptions is simple: if the product is not creating value for you, we do not keep your money. This page explains who can get a refund, within what period, and how it works, step by step. If anything is unclear, write to destek@rampika.com.
This English text is provided for convenience. The Turkish version, İade Politikası, is the governing text if the two ever differ.
14-Day Unconditional Refund
- You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment, without giving a reason.
- "Unconditional" means exactly that: we do not ask how much you used the product, we do not make you fill in a survey, and we do not try to talk you into staying.
- The request must come from the email address you paid with; that is how we confirm you own the account.
- This 14-day window matches the 14-day refund right in our payment provider Paddle's Refund Policy and applies to every renewal payment as well. Any statutory consumer rights you have (for example a 14-day right of withdrawal) remain unaffected by this policy.
How to Request a Refund, Step by Step
- Write to us. Send an email to destek@rampika.com from the email account you paid with. Putting "Refund request" in the subject and including your Paddle invoice number, if you have it, speeds things up; you do not have to give a reason.
- Wait for confirmation. We reply within 2 business days and confirm the refund in writing by email. That reply is your record; keep it.
- Receive the money. After confirmation, the refund is issued through our payment provider Paddle to the payment method you used. It can take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank and card network; that part is up to Paddle and your bank.
Paddle also sends you its own notification email once the refund is processed. If the amount has not arrived after 10 business days, write to us and we will trace the Paddle record together.
Cancellation and Refund Are Not the Same Thing
These two are often confused:
- Cancellation stops what comes next. Your subscription does not renew; the service continues until the end of the period you paid for, and on that day your account switches to read-only. Cancelling does not return a past payment.
- A refund reverses the past. If you are within the 14-day window above, the amount you paid comes back to you.
To cancel, simply write to destek@rampika.com; your request is processed the same day. If you only cancelled while you still had a refund right, you need to send a separate refund request before the 14-day window closes; cancellation alone is not a refund.
Renewal Payments
- You receive an email reminder before the automatic renewal date; replying to that email is enough to stop the renewal.
- A renewal payment is a payment like any other: if you write to us within 14 days of the renewal, we refund it without asking for a reason.
- Renewal refunds follow the same flow: email → confirmation within 2 business days → 5-10 business days via Paddle.
Free Trial: No Card Required
The 7-day trial does not ask for credit card details. Since no card is entered, an automatic charge at the end of the trial is technically impossible, so you do not need to request a refund to leave the trial. When the trial ends, your account switches to read-only; your scans, task list and score stay in place.
Not Covered by Refunds
- After the 14-day window, no partial refunds are made for used periods; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period.
- Accounts closed for violating the Terms of Service.
