Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the service offered at rampika.com by Batuhan Fırat — Rampika ("Rampika", "we"). By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.
This English text is provided for convenience. The Turkish version, Kullanım Şartları, is the governing text if the two ever differ.
1. The Service
Rampika is a subscription service that analyses your website using your Google Search Console data and our own crawler (RampikaBot), generates ready-to-apply fix text with AI for the SEO issues it finds, and verifies the fixes you apply and measures their effect.
2. Account and Responsibility
- You may use your account only for sites you own or are authorised to manage. Sites are connected only through Search Console properties your Google account can access.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Contact us if you suspect unauthorised use.
- Misusing the service (attempting to analyse someone else's site without permission, damaging the systems, reverse engineering) is prohibited and leads to account closure.
3. Recommendations and Responsibility for Results
- The fixes Rampika generates are recommendations; the decision to apply them to your site, and the application itself, are yours.
- Search engine rankings are controlled by Google. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic or revenue, and we cannot be held liable if such results do not materialise.
- The service is provided "as is"; we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and outages caused by third parties (Google, hosting) may occur.
4. Subscription, Payment and Cancellation
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
- Plans and current prices are published at rampika.com; prices are in US dollars, and payment is collected through our payment provider Paddle, which may charge you in your local currency.
- A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled. You can cancel at any time by writing to destek@rampika.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period, and the service continues until then.
- Refund conditions are set out in the Refund Policy: a 14-day unconditional refund on every payment.
- The 7-day free trial does not ask for card details; there is no automatic charge when the trial ends, and the account switches to read-only.
5. Data and Privacy
How personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK Notice (both in Turkish). Your Google Search Console data is used only to provide the service to you; it is never sold to third parties.
6. Intellectual Property
The Rampika software, design and brand belong to us. You may freely use the fix text and reports generated for you on your own site and in your own business.
7. Limitation of Liability
Subject to mandatory provisions of applicable law, Rampika's total liability arising from any single event is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months before that event; indirect damages (loss of profit, loss of data, reputational harm) are excluded.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye; the courts and enforcement offices of the Republic of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes. Users who qualify as consumers may also apply to the consumer courts and consumer arbitration committees at their place of residence.
