Find what your site is missing by crawling it — not by guessing.
RampikaBot visits your site every week, runs 13 checks one by one, and merges what it finds with your Search Console data. The output isn't a PDF: it's a task list, ordered by impact score, that you work from the top down.
How — and how often — we crawl your site
Our crawler's behaviour isn't a secret. The rules it follows and the limits it respects are written down.
Once a week, overnight
The automatic crawl runs between 01:00 and 05:00; sites are spread across that window, so it never lands on your busiest hour.
Full robots.txt compliance
We honour Disallow rules and the Crawl-delay directive. RampikaBot only crawls sites their owner connected from a Rampika account — it does not roam the web.
Polite pace
One request at a time: RampikaBot opens no parallel connections, asks for pages in sequence and waits at least 300 ms between requests — longer whenever your Crawl-delay says so. Tying up your server isn't our job.
Manual crawls whenever you want
Don't want to wait for the week to turn? Trigger a crawl from the panel — 1 to 10 times a day depending on your plan. Page limits follow the plan too: 200 to 5,000.
13 checks, run on every crawl
The checks are grouped by the pillars of the Rampika Score. Each one carries a base impact, and that number is where prioritisation starts. 12 more checks are in development — they're marked “soon” below.

The fourth pillar — Visibility — isn't measured by checks at all; it comes from your real search performance in Search Console.
What a crawl sees, what Search Console knows
A crawl on its own sees how a page is written but not which page pays the bills. Search Console on its own shows the result but not the cause. Put them together and the ordering finally means something.
Titles, meta descriptions, H1 structure, word count, canonicals, schema, internal links, broken URLs, redirects, image alt text.
Clicks, impressions and average position for every page and query. Pulled every morning at 06:00 and assessed over a rolling 28 days.
“This title is weak” is a fact. “The title is weak on the page pulling thousands of impressions a month” is a priority.
Which job first? The score answers that.
Every issue is scored on three multipliers, and the list is ordered by that 0-100 score. The goal isn't a long list — it's getting the top three lines done today.
Task score = (Impact × Ease × Page value) ÷ 10
Impact (I)
The check's base weight. A page blocked from Google scores 10; missing social tags score 2.
Ease (E)
How much of your time it will eat. A one-click fix outranks a job that needs a developer.
Page value (V)
The page's clicks and impressions in Search Console, with a bonus for money pages like pricing or contact.
